SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2025 UNO Elite Playoffs Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on December 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 11, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mattel, Inc. (“Sponsor”), The Brand Amp, LLC (“Administrator”), SafetyNet Promotions, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter;
1. Local UNO Elite Tournament: Visit a local hobby shop and follow the instructions to register and participate in a local UNO Elite tournament, which will include visiting UNOEliteChampionship.com (the “Website”) and filling out and submitting the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for registering online.
2. Website: To receive one (1) entry without registering or participating in a local UNO Elite tournament, visit UNOEliteChampionship.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form for the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or number of local UNO Elite tournaments played in. Please Note: Your participation and success in a local UNO Elite tournament will not increase or decrease your chances of winning a Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries in the Sweepstakes by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and will result in disqualification. The submission of an online entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant, and all data, internet access and usage charges are the responsibility of the entrant. If you use your mobile device to enter, you will be charged according to your wireless service provider’s standard data rates. Check with your wireless service provider for details on data rates and other applicable charges.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that potential winner is the authorized account holder for the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Once submitted, registrations/entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, personal information collected from Sweepstakes registrations/entries will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement (found at https://mattelsupport.com/privacy-statement/), and with any consent given by an entrant at the time of entry.

Please note that you may not be sent confirmation of receipt of a registration/entry; in the event that your registration is acknowledged in any way following submission, such acknowledgement does not constitute any representation by Sponsor as to the eligibility of your Sweepstakes registration/entry. Any automated computer receipt (such as a confirmation email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules. Any illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled registrations/entries are not permitted and may be disqualified. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Any registrations/entries not in conformance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

RANDOM DRAWING: On or about January 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select four (4) potential winners. The odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all Grand Prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winners will be contacted by Administrator via phone, mail and/or email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (an “Affidavit”), and may be required to produce evidence of residency, within three (3) days of notification/verification. In the event: (a) a potential winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within 48 hours from first notification after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information submitted by potential winner; (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (c) a potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize; (d) a potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; (e) a potential winner’s prize notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason; (f) a potential winner declines to participate in the UNO Elite Championship Game (as described below); or (g) a potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and (time permitting) Sponsor may select and award the prize to an alternate potential winner by a random drawing from among the other eligible entries received. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize may remain un-awarded. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded, and upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to that entrant.

GRAND PRIZES (4): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV for winner to participate in the UNO Elite Championship Game, scheduled to take place on February 8, 2026. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner and guest must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence; two (2) night, three (3) day hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double-occupancy) at a Sponsor-selected Las Vegas hotel, $300 per diem for winner and guest ($100 per day per guest) in the form of a AMEX gift card; two (2) tickets to a Las Vegas Show. Winner will be responsible for their own ground transportation to/from their home airport and any other ground transportation that is not preorganized through the Sponsor’s agent. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package: $3,300.

CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE (1): Upon completion of the UNO Elite Championship Game, the one (1) Grand Prize winner crowned the first-ever UNO Elite Champion will also receive a trophy and $10,000. Determination of UNO Elite Champion will be subject to UNO Elite Championship Game rules and regulations provided by Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions will be final.

GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Ticket for events and performances are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Sponsor is not responsible if Las Vegas Show is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason; no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and guest agree to abide by all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do may result in forfeiture of prize.

Prizes (and any portion(s) thereof) are non-transferable. Each winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of each winner, including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, income, federal, state and local taxes, and miscellaneous fees. Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the prize. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of comparable or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

Selection of Las Vegas Show and hotel are solely within Administrator’s and Sponsor’s discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel guest must be 21 years of age or older. Travel guest must sign and return a travel/publicity release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license and/or passport) required for travel. Once a travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and the difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. If winner elects to travel without a guest, the difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related events, services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, The Brand Amp, SafetyNet Promotions, National Football League Players Association, NFL Players Inc., and all current and former NFL players in their individual capacities, together with their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, injuries, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, to persons, including death, or property arising out of in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.

Further, by participating, each entrant acknowledges that this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League Players Association, NFL Players Inc., or any current and former NFL players in their individual capacities.

FOOTAGE: By entering the Sweepstakes, participating in a local UNO Elite tournament, or if a Grand Prize winner participating in the UNO Elite Championship Game, entrants understand and agree they may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor or Administrator (collectively, “Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on social media and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes. Entrants agree their name and likeness and those of any other individuals present may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, epidemic, pandemic, any Act of God, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing to determine the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or connected to this Sweepstakes, or prizing, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, solely through binding arbitration. The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or connected to this Sweepstakes or prizing promptly by negotiation between representatives with the authority to resolve such dispute. If the matter has not been resolved within thirty (30) days of a party’s request for negotiation, a party may initiate a claim in arbitration as provided below. Any request for arbitration must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS and conducted in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Rules”). The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) shall govern this arbitration provision. Any claim shall be decided by one arbitrator chosen pursuant to the JAMS Rules. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages and each party hereby waives any right to seek or recover punitive damages with respect to any dispute resolved by arbitration. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Unless otherwise agreed to, the location of the arbitration shall be Los Angeles County, California. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise required by law. Either party may enforce the arbitrator’s award in a court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration provision shall not be construed to limit either party’s right to obtain injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction for provisional remedies, provided that all other claims are submitted to arbitration. All determinations of final relief, however, will be decided in arbitration.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA.
